These terms cover use of this website and quote requests. They are not a construction contract, a warranty, or a work order. A signed document for a job, if we issue one, controls the work.

Quotes from this site are estimates until we walk the lot and confirm access, soils, permits, and scope. Site conditions on Canadian Shield ground can change the work. Septic systems are Ontario Building Code Part 8 work and need the health unit that covers the township.

We are not the planner of record on severances, zoning, or land-use files. Those applications stay with the township and the professionals of record.
