Layout and approvals
Marks on the ground, permits, and the health-unit or township path before the machine starts.

Excavate and install
Cut, set the work, and backfill and compact as the install proceeds — not left as a leftover.

Final grade
Drainage, restore the surface, and leave the lot ready for the next trade.
